Marc's Collection

Retro Toys, Games & Gadgets

Marc Feldstein likes cool stuff.

If cheesesteaks are Marc's true love, his collection of retro toys, games and gadgets is his new mistress :)

In just a few months, he's already filled the display case of Southside Steaks with pop culture memorabilia. (Just ask and he'll gladly let you play with his stuff!) And now that he's a certifiable E-Bay-aholic, contact Marc if you have anything to sell or donate to the collection.

If something you see sparks a nostalgic memory, click here and tell us about it.

Show off your own cool stuff!

We'll post your pictures and links if you'll do the same in return. Send them here.

Second football game to come out from Mattel.  This one included the passing option!

Mattel Electronics Auto Race.

manuever LED light up to top of screen

Casio 2" color TV.  Big thing in small tv's.

Good old fashioned Bell rotary phone.

If you still have one in your house, you're probably still paying rental charges on it!

Apple round mouse.  Flawed design, when people grabbed the mouse, they couldn't tell the orientation. Because it's round!!!!

Kodak 110 instant camera.

Crappy camera, crappy pictures.

I had one of these in 1972. Unlike remotes that are infrared, this used sound in different pitches to change channels, volume and on/off. This remote is where the term "clicker" comes from.

My first instamatic camera.  Got it as a hand-me down.

Nintendo GameBoy.  This little sucker changed everything!

Mattel Electronics Baseball.

Awesome!!!

1997 Orbitz Soda. Floating flavor balls?!!? Laste only 1 year.

Polaroid Sprectra Vision instant camera.  The Cadillac of Polarroids.

One of the first handheld TVs (2" black & white).  I used to take this to Steeler games so my Dad and I could watch the instant replays.

Ritalin Pencil holder promotional product.  They used to give these to Pharmacists

Olympus digital Camera. SD card held about 15 pictures @1.3 megapixels each!

1994 Apple Macintosh.  Changed everything about home computing!

1979? ABC's edu-toons about our constitution and other stuff.
